No.

1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup (1/2 pint) fresh blueberries
handful of your favorite nuts (I love walnuts)
Breakfast Quinoa

That whole six-pack body type just... never looks right to me... the idea of having muscle jut out like that just looks... awkward. Having some definition, like Ina said, is nice but stuff like that picture Quiz linked is just... unnerving and I don't see how people find it attractive.

Well, I prefer them big ;)
I had one boyfriend in HS that was the heaviest on the wrestling team as a freshman & my husband is about 190 at 5'7.
I wish there was a way to maintain the fluffy look and also be healthy at the same time.

Maybe instead of wishing that FFXI got a total graphics revamp, because we know that's totally going to be impossible, they should have a full 10-minute Demo Reel of FFXI on the Crystal Tools Engine. With Mithra in their underwear included.

A life of playing soccer, hockey and wrestling has kept him in shape for the most part.
