Should be getting that during any and every workout :P
I always get that runners high from high intensity work outs but I do low intensity in the morning.
Poking around the interwebs, Dr.Google says it is either
A. Not enough sleep
B. Not enough food.
I get at least 8 hours every night so I may not be eating enough. Darn.

410 calories, roughly for breakfast. That is 1/3 of my daily intake & I don't think I burn it all? Maybe I do ._. I need to go back and recalculate what I burn vs calories I consume.
