Something that kinds bothers me from yesterday when I went by my cousin's gas station, he was telling me how business is slow etc and how he always fights with the customers both him and the workers; he was flashing an iPhone while there were like 5 customers in line and still wasn't paying attention for a good while until he moved them... easy money and he's being dumb... and not to mention one of the owners is overseas still honey mooning (he's more lazy than this one too).
Thanks for bringing back some bad memories for me lol. I hated working at the gas station where I was living, sure it was decent pay and ~25-30 hours a week ($7/hr when Min Wage was still $5.15) but some of the people were just plan rude. My attitude towards the end probably didnt help me in keeping the job, but I was often by myself on Saturdays with no Ice stocked (Ice Machine was either out of order or we went through Ice like water) and I would always be busy. I admit I was also wanting to be a bit lazy too. Hated closing on Sunday nights, for the most part they were really slow. At least got to go home at a decent hour 10pm close but didnt really get out til ~10:30 due to closing down for the night and making sure the floors were mopped/machines all cleaned. Only worked 4 days a week (Saturday-Monday + Thursdays) so at least I had 3 days off a week, which is more than a lot of people could've said. The Christmas bonus wasn't bad tho (a box of steaks from the company) and got a RC Car (which I still have), a big Cooler, and a 12pk of Dr. Pepper Cherry from the Company Christmas party.
