Lol, I only recently got my license, every time I've been driving I've always had someone with me driving. Even during my test. O.o

I'm gonna be by myself when I go to the store after my boyfriend gets home from work.

Nice! :D I don't think I've lost any "weight" only for the fact that I've gained so much more muscle since I've started exercising. Been mostly doing upper exercise to get rid of my "bingo wings". Lol.

Can tell it's been working though. Was outside with boyfriend and he was trying to wage his right arm strength with my left arm strength. He gave up. Huzzah!

Yeah the scales are not your friend when working out. Trying to lose weight,yet all the working out adds muscle,and muscle weighs more than fat so tends to be "wtf,how did I go up?!?!?"

Been eating grilled turkey and wholegrain pasta myself all week,coming in under my target without the powder though,feel like I wasted all my week!

Lol, when you're living on limited income without a job, you gotta make stuff last, sadly.

I've cut down on bread a lot since I've moved, but still wanna try to cut down more.

It's also homemade stew with lean meat and a lot of veggies. Also, added a no salt flavor packet and just maybe one teaspoon of salt to the whole thing? Maybe one and a half. For a full crockpot. Still not bad. >.> lol

Dinty Moore ain't got nothin on me.

I'm actually at the point now where I'm gonna alternate exercise days for myself. One day it's gonna be 20 minutes of exercising, the next just a few minutes of upper area and arm exercise.

...I should probably be posting in the fitness forum, but screw it.

I just think of it as setting personal goals for myself. I might not look a certain way now and when I'm done, but knowing I'm doing all I can to make myself better/healthier is good enough.

I just think of it as setting personal goals for myself. I might not look a certain way now and when I'm done, but knowing I'm doing all I can to make myself better/healthier is good enough.

I'm my own worst enemy. I'm a perfectionist. Go big or go home kinda guy. So I'll be working out,eating right,seeing results,have a chocolate bar or energy drink in a moment of weakness and then just rage quit because those were 300 calories I coulda burned off just now!!! And then end up eating 4 more bars,6 bags of crisps and 3 more drinks.....

I remember at my first job ever I hid in the bathroom when all my work was done to avoid having my boss find out that I was "slacking" (Was a single person bathroom, so no shenanigans. D:).
In hindsight it probably was a bad idea, but hey, all my work was done, so why not?

Then again, my old boss was Polish and everyone called her "Hitler" behind her back. I think that says something. :X

Yeah that was me. I'd start to try to eat better, see chocolate, eat some and just get off track over and over again.

I do believe that having a treat every once in a while is key to staying on track, though. Doing it that way by just cutting it out completely made me revert back several times.

Well, I think I'm doing so well now because I have no extra money to spend on a lot of junk. Lmao.
