thats actually pretty accurate atm sadly josi,hard workout 4 days in a row + a medium one today,can barely move anything x_x
man I wish I had the energy to just go pay money in a location to expel energy like that.
After I get off work my body is just like "*** you, *** the world." lol and no energy left
Do you take the weekends off at least or nah?
it varies,but i try go 5-6 times a week. sometimes its mon-wed + friday and a weekend day. sometimes its 5 days in a row,sometimes 6,you get the idea. monday and wednesday are ALWAYS gym days though,because I go with a friend (or 2,if 1 bails)since those are the only days he can go.
His week has been the same for the past 7 years.
Monday - work (can go to the gym this day,since he gets off work at 6pm)
Tuesday - he spends 8am - 11pm with his girlfriend.....every tuesday.....EVERY.....for the last 7 years.
Wednesday - his day off,about 50% gym rate,because he tends to work for no money on his days off alot.
Thursday - he works till 9pm,gym closes at 10pm.
Friday - work till 4pm,insert tuesday for remainder
sat/sun works till 6pm,gym closes at 5pm.
But I can get to the gym easy regardless so I make sure I go alot anyways lately. There are slumps and whatnot now and again,but you get the general idea
