Sometimes you will notice them more then others, like if it's a hot summer day and you are running they could try bouncing around a bit. It honestly depends on how your balls are feeling that day.

I thought it just refers to them not hanging down yet... I can't remember far enough back to say.

I'm pretty sure Sumo wrestlers draw their balls up into them before a match though.

That was some odd ball back read.

I just encountered 2 Muckdiles in Etrian Oddyssey II. Surprise attack instant death without even getting a turn to a party of lvl 87. Didn't expect them to be so strong for normal monsters.

Reminds me of the Warmech in FF1. Normal monster that is rare to encounter and is much stronger than the boss.
