Keep it up as long as you like. It's good to see people realize things about themselves early on, hopefully leads to better choices and less dumb ones. /shrug
I kind of latched onto smoking when i gave up drinking :/
But, my smoking fluctuates between a pack every 2 weeks to every couple of days, and when i realize it worsens i force myself to slow down.
Like currently i'm pretty bad, so i havent bought a pack since a week ago.
Good, everyone needs some vices in life. Especially if you give up a bad one. Smoking is usually one many I have seen pick up/stick with when they give up heavy drugs/super drinking.

Yeahhh, I'm just trying to find the happy medium between all the things I do lol.

I really am proud that I got my drinking under control.
I used to consume a 1.25L bottle over 2-3 days my myself, alone.

Yeah, it is really bad for you, and honestly it's a pretty gross habit. I hate when I smell the smoke on me, just feels dirty >.<

I will advocate smoking to those severe alcoholics/heavy drug users if it keeps them off the worse stuff. I know its still bad, and trust me, I want my loved ones to stop smoking when they can, but sometimes, I know I can't really take smoking away from a recovering addict that has been clean for many years.

Wish very much Spath would quit while hes still young....but his life, his body, his choices, all I can do is express my desire and hope he stops, before he punches me in the face for caring and not shutting up....I think now is a good time to stop typing this....

Sometimes I worry that my caring and not shutting up bugs people, in the end I just don't care though and they can deal with it.

Made a couple phone calls today, got into a cancellation slot for my hearing tests, though it did make me reschedule my plasma appointment. <_<

Not too excited to have to wear hearing aids again but at least they're super tiny now.
