I feel a little fat right now, the scales say I'm still well within my target range of 71-73kg but doing more strength training and less intensity makes me feel slow and fat!
I feel bad now D:
I was thrown off at first when I started to gain weight,but then I remembered muscle weighs more than fat.And even though I could see some fat disappear,I could see muscle growing. How tall are you btw sagi?
I'm 5'11 and a tiny bit, SO CLOSE TO 6 FOOT BUT NOT QUITE :(
Don't forget the visual test too, the numbers might not read how you want them too but at the end of the day the best judegment is what you see in the mirror (assuming you're not crazy or delusional >_>).
