It's more along the lines of I think i been eating as if i still was as active as i was on the ship. On the ship, with all the work and running around i did, i ate ALOT but still was under my weight limit and rather skinny. Now I have a higher stress but physically easy desk job until i get back to the ship. But because of this, i have gained alot of "fat" weight. I know i have gained some muscle mass here too (been doing command pt) but until i get back into a fully active lifestyle again i need to stop eating like i am in one then why keep quoting that sad ecxcuse for space?
