I really wish more games included dual audio, would be so nice having a choice :(

It just sounds so odd to me having English voices when it looks like an anime lol, not to mention certain things that are lost in translation. Being a voice actor is also very difficult in Japan so they have to be really good at it, unlike in the US. Like 90% of dubbed JRPGs have at least a few HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE-sounding characters (yes, some Japanese characters also sound HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE but it's much less frequent)
I can't stand english dubs, it is very very rare that I think the voice fits the character.

Just finished conducting an inspection. I am an E-5 in charge of a command wide program, but I am from a ship and this command is part of the Naval Air stuffs. As such my experiences for certain things is limited, however, I make up for that by KNOWING WHAT I AM DOING! I read instructions, I learn my job front/back and every which way. However, some E-6 still blow me off and treat me as if I am some E-1 who doesnt know ***. Got me so pissed that I nearly lost my professional stance.

Needless to say when I reported back to my boss, I was swearing so bad that I was told to stop and take a few deep breaths.

Once again I am faced with the fact that I cuss bad enough to make other seasoned Navy people suprised and shocked.

Edit: Obviously not worth it to everyone but I would gladly pay it to get rid of the English VAs. They could put it up on PSN and XBL and make some extra money, I'm sure. A lot of people that play JRPGs like dual audio but the Japanese don't seem to understand that. I don't think they know that people outside of Japan know more than 1 language or are interested in other languages lol

They should just stop recording english audio and just put subtitles in. We'd get a lot more JP onry games I think and they could use the money they saved and put it into more stuff for the game.

I was fine with SO3 voices (don't remember Sophia's voice anymore though), but I also switched to japanese in SO4 immidiatly. Or any other game that offered it (Brave Story for example).

They mostly do that in Germany now, (german subs + English VA), children stopped to follow the story and just play for the sake of playing <.< not that optimal.

And there in lies the problem. They THINK they know their ***, and thus they think they know more than me. They also immediately think they know more and better than me because of my background compared to theirs. Because of this, they have some *** up ***and are too stupid to listen to me when i tell them how it has to be done. And that is when i have to get people with more rank than the both of us involved.

They just dont seem to get that I AM the one in charge of the program, NOT THEM. that and I AM the one who was called out during the last major inspection outbrief in front of the the commanding officer and everyone else for doing an amazing job and having an outstanding knowledge base.

bleh stayed up till 6;30 am last night working on random school stuff.
go to class to do my senior project presentation thingy
find out my next class is cancelled. Come back to my room play some games then pass out in a really awkward position in my chair for the next 6 hours. bleh~
