Here's what I usually do on my Back/Tri day. I'll run this circuit 3 times and call it a day. Makes for a quick, effective workout, imo. Though today, I added some forearm stuff at the end since that area is lacking, throwing that in at the end of a workout 1-2 times a week.
Basically, I go for 8-10 reps in every exercise in the circuit, which didn't happen in this video, which I'll blame on giving blood on Monday and following it up with leg day yesterday (lol almost passed out from that ***, light headed as a mofo after every set)
