Small heads up Tig, that kind of intensity might be overtraining your muscles(ie limiting its growth potential).
Thats 64 reps for the chest, not including the 20 from the warm up. Course it would depend on your overall routine. I guess if thats the only work out you do during that day, might not be as bad(still alot for one muscle movement).
Anyway to split that amount up with flat bench + incline bench. That would be more progressive for your chest.
edit:same thing happened to me at the end, I was doing some CGBP and I had done some Tri-extensions before hand with heavy weight so I could start off strong(I normally do my big/compound lifts first but I wanted to target my big head that night) and ended up with the bar on my chest for a couple of minutes as I couldnt budge it after my reps, had to roll it down to my pelvic area and then curl it up and off me :/
