I think your form could use some work on the pulls and dips though. You might want to drop the weight a bit more so you can perform 8-10 pulls for x3 sets without applying body english(im a strict believer of proper form > everything else). Nice lats either way.
As far as dips, I know a few people might say otherwise, but dont lock out at the top, if you see your video youll notice you're locking your elbows at the top of your moment, what this does is relieves the stress/weight that is being applied on your tri's(thus allowing them to rest) stop your motion right before you would normally lock so that the stress is still kept on the triceps(this also allows less injury to your tendons/elbow area).
Its one of the sciences of weight training that I enjoy learning and understanding, because different hand positions, arm positions, seat/back positions etc and how we execute the excerise can change the muscle or muscles being worked out. All our muscles are connected and have their own functions of pulling/pushing and depending on what we do can incorporate them differently.
Tig how much are you weighing now? You look to be about 180.
