Famitsu has a full version of their Dissidia 012 interview up. With some of the same details as before it seems but with a few new things. No translation yet, so the following info was put through two online translators. Anyone who can translate info can correct anything I got wrong and I'll edit this.
Before deciding on Prishe as a new Cosmos rep, Eald'narche and Kam'lanaut were considered for Chaos reps.
Prishe plays very differently from Tifa, more details to come in future reports
Like the previous game, there will be a Data Install
They plan to give DLC outfits to every character and want to release as much content as possible
The big revelation in the article is that Prishe will be voiced by Aya Hirano, a prolific voice actress with numerous anime and games to her credit (including Hana from the Yakuza series and Kanonno from Tales of the World).
The magazine doesn't seem to say much about the character in the way of gameplay details, only noting that she uses a fighter style. For a more in-depth look, we'll probably have to wait for Famitsu (which usually trails Jump by about a week for Dissidia coverage).
Also in Jump, a look at Vaan's Third Form, which is themed around the character's Final Fantasy Tactics A2 look, and gives him a bowgun for use in battle.
The magazine also reveals that the April issue of sister monthly publication V Jump (due for release on February 21) will have a huge feature on Duodecim. The magazine will include a product code for a costume of some form for Final Fantasy VIII's Squall.
I can't imagine playing this on iPad xD With improved graphics and a larger roster this would make a great PS3 game :(
Honestly, I wouldn't nearly enjoy this game as much if it was on the Ps3. It's not complex enough to sit down in front of a TV and play like a real fighter, such as Marvel vs Capcom or Soul Calibur. I hope it stays on the PSP only.
If they make a Ps3 version, it'll make the PSP version look watered down, completely killing PSP sales.

==========================
Gonna introduce Prishe this time, as well as 3P costume for 4 characters:
Laguna in President costume
Shantotto in Black Cloak
Vaan in FFTA2's costume
Tifa in Nibelheim's event costume (Cowgirl)
---------------------------------------------
New Character Prishe
-Using FFXI's WeaponSkills and Magics, players can combine them to produce skillchains that they want.
-Light based magic "Banishga" will send opponent far away when hit.
-Weapon Skill "Asuran Fists"
-EX Burst "五つの輝き" (Ed. Note: "Radiance of the Five," Five Lights of the Crystal, etc.) requires fast command input.
-She will be a guest in Story mode.
Interview of Director Takahashi
- Prishe's Concept is Combo Maker, player can freely combine them to make different combos. Combos are actually set in the Ability Menu before the battle. There are plenty variations to the first part of her attacks, and from there more than one follow ups could be chosen. Developing this character make us cry (laugh). Her degree of freedom on customisation is top among all the characters.
As a side note, just like Shantotto, "Skillchain" is added for her as a reference to FFXI.
- VA is 平野綾 (sorry, I don't know her name in Romaji XD) (Ed. Note: "Aya Hirano"). Since there is no voice in the original game, we have discussed with FFXI's team on who would be the best. Side note again, just like Golbez and Exdeath have secret voice in the last game, Prishe also has one here.
- Prishe will appear in the Story Mode, will be similar to Shantotto and Gabranth in the last game. However her role is much more important. (something related to WoL).
---------------------------------------------
Dungeon and Field
Dungeon
-is entered through the gates on the Field.
-Dungeon is/has KP Bonus' chance setting, Bonus Line Level, Rule and skills could also be set. (sorry, I have spend long time here and still couldn't get this make sense XD)
-KP Bonus and Bonus Line are different things, entering a dungeon while your level is lower than the Bonus Line, KP would be rewarded immediately.
-interior of dungeon is the same as the board in the last game, contacting with the imititations (crystal colour characters) will start a battle.
Gathering KP (Kupo)
-winning a battle
-using the "Chain Skill" in dungeon, for example, KP bonus is rewarded when fighting consecutive enemies in the "十" shape area when you are under "Straight Chain" effect.
-"Chain skill" can be acquired by collecting the sphere "遺志の力" on the Field.
-Skills such as "Straight chain" or "Cure" can be generated by collecting 4 spheres.
Spending KP
-saved KP could be used in Moogle Shops on the Field.
-Moogle Shop sells Chain Skills, Skills usable on Fields and Accessories.
Field
-The Field contains enemy and Treasure chest.
-Party is organised in Story Mode, chat events also happen.
Map
-FF6's "Phantom Train", very narrow.
-"Empyreal Paradox" has a very big crystal in the center.
Director Interview
-Party Battle could be 1 on 1, or up to a maximum of 10 people. Players who are not your turn fighting, could join as spectators.
-Because of the new Assist System, strategies that are heavily used in the last game may not work here. Although the battle theory is the same, I want to give you a new fresh feeling. This time, EX vs Assist is really interesting. Especially when fighting against humans players, timing on using which gauge would be the key. New terms will be made, if there are too much to memorize, just remember "EX oppose Assist" as a start.
-Accessories that boost EX will have a negative effect on Assist, and vice versa.
-Nothing from the last game is dropped. Colloseum's treasure items are changed. Look forward to our info. New summons appear, Battle BGM is about twice as much.
-There will be more than one option on Data Transfer. Item and Accessory will not be transferred. Character Levels will be transferred.
-3P costume is bought from PP shop. Assist characters' costume could be changed as well. This time there are many naked characters, try to make a naked party for fun (laugh)
Even though you can transfer levels over, I'm not going to. I like leveling everyone from 1 to 100 normally.
I really hope it goes over 9999 HP this time. At Lv100, it only takes one Break and Wall damage to get someone to 1 HP. I'd like some longer, more epic fights.
Here's Empyreal Paradox - Stage where you fight Promathia

Nothing pleases me more when using Golbez than doing Black Fang to someone with 9999 bravery. Mmm I can almost taste their tears.
I don't think Vaan is broken. By the looks of things, none of his Bravery attacks link into HP attacks, which can lead to easy attacking, but difficult to kill people - Squall comes to mind ._.
Keep in mind just about all gameplay videos out so far are staged. They make fights seem like they're down to the wire by constant back and forth close calls and whatnot, just to show gameplay. We have no idea how it is to fight with/against these characters against Maximum CPUs and people online, lol.

It just seems like most of his hp attacks are extremely quick. Much better than squall.
Quick or not; we'll remember what moves do what and will be able to dodge them. Just look at Zidane and his air HP attack. That ***is near instant, but against Very High / Max CPUs and good players, it can be dodged easily.
I'll admit Vaan looks broken. We'll see in a month.
New Mechanics
The mechanics of the battle system include "EX Mode" and "Assist." EX Mode functions exactly the same as the first game by collecting EX Cores around the battle map to fill up the gauge and transform the character into a more powerful state, which allows players to perform a powerful EX Burst attack should an HP attack land during EX Mode. The Assist system is a new element to the game which allows the player to summon an additional ally into battle to either assist in attacking the enemy or defend from an oncoming attack. It is performed using the Assist Gauge, which is built up by using Bravery Attacks.
Both modes are supposed to balance each other, because when an EX Burst is executed, the opponent's Assist Gauge is reduced to zero.
The three main countering systems are Assist Breaks, EX Breaks and EX Revenge. An EX Break is performed by stopping an opponent's EX Mode through the use of an Assist attack which forces the opponent out of EX Mode, additionally passing the opponent's Bravery points to the player. An Assist Break is performed by attacking the opponent's Assist character, causing him/her to be unable to call out the Assist character for a brief period; this also passes the opponent's Bravery points to the character. Lastly, EX Revenge occurs when trying to activate EX Mode while being attacked. While in the first game it would simply halt the opponent's attack, it now slows down time allowing the player to pummel the opponent instead, though it sacrifices the player's ability to use an EX Burst as it uses up the entire EX Gauge.
The biggest change is within the single-player story mode of the game, taking place on a traditional-styled Final Fantasy world map, with players being able to experience a story while exploring a world with scenarios and events taking place as the story progresses. Players will traverse the 3D world map with three-character parties, with players being able to interact in conversations with the characters. When roaming the map, players will encounter enemies known as "Manikins"; when attacked by an enemy, players will be transported to a battle map where battles will take place. There will be shops on the map which are specially marked. The story mode is also party based, similar to the story progression of Final Fantasy VI. In certain scenarios, parties will be predetermined, but in most cases players are free to select their own party. Alongside the game's new story mode, the game will also include the first game's story which will be remade with the 3D world map as well as additional elements added for the new storyline. Tetsuya Nomura, producer and character designer for the game, has said that both storylines played together would result in approximately 60 hours of gameplay
