Bonesplitter/ukon is not something i can get by "next weekend"

I am already working on it. Im just seeking advice on something i can do fast before continuing on the more long time investment.
hence also why i dont wanna spend more ten 100k.gil as i would rather wait and use it on my long term equipment.

ukon is definetly a longterm item hence why i dont mind throwing more gil and effort into it.
But i allready have my long term item list.

as i see the debat for hauby ws perle body. is about the acc ?
and yes atm my gaxe is not merrit capped. i made a choice not capping weaponskills as i did not know if i wanted to do endgame stuf on my war or my drg. but with abyssea and my weekly smn burns merrits is easy. and i will cap gaxe by this or next weekend.

(and no astral burn debat plz. i Sacrifced that job on purpose for getting merrits to my war and further down the road drg and sam jobs)

Well, my advice is once you get the bonesplitter to +13 DMG w/ the Ukon trial started, do the STR/ATT Great Axe because it's going to be a long time before you can collect 50 glavoid shells... I'm not saying this because of your status as a player, but moreso from the point of view it's a douche to pop and kill... So. Just my two cents. Also; you can cap both 8/8 Polearm and 8/8 Great Axe for your WAR and DRG, so they're both useable.

it was perfect attainable by the weekend with a little farming. i opted for the Aqua gorgets though because it aligned with more ws's for my Gaxe

We did the UL'ufo and it went pretty smooth when we discovered the rdm could gravity and sleep the ufo when it charmed the DD's
The Om' ufo was a little more of a b#tch though. so we didn't do them.

Due to internet issues i didn't have time for the MKD head :-(


i've tried reading around the forum to see what kind of acc i would get with this gorget and i see +10acc for the ws.
which kinda make the PCC look bad for ws'ing is this right ?
So with this and the MKD helmet i would get +25WS acc ?

Should i ws in lifebelt in abyssea ?
If i do bird parties in miseroux coast i belive my acc is cap'ed so i would use warwolf belt there.

but i have no lvl/eva info on abyssea mobs :-(

I just had my first Abyssea party tonight, and my ACC was more than decent w/ uncapped GA and using full STR on King's Justice. So I'd stick w/ Warwolf.

Which WS is that set for? KJ or RR?

Well i like RR more but i would go with whatever give the most dmg.

since im mithra and therby low on vit and high on Dex i think RR gives more dmg cause its not dependent on vit. but i might be totaly wrong.

my highest ws dmg was with SC though

I am trying to get a nuzyl static going, but ppl are way to flacky and not dedicated enough to meet up each weekend.
So im still stranded at floor 10 :(

But it's actually because of the nuzyl runs i want to get some quick gear upgrades going.
