Also I only had one real problem I had with it. Since the first time I used it was the first time I had shot a gun, I found it very obvious that my shoulder/arm wasn't as steady as it should have been. I cleaned it up a bit after that but it's still not where I'd like it. May just be a case of needing to work out a bit to get some muscle up there.

Also since I'm so giddy today:
Weekend was interesting. Spent time with a friend and her other friends since she's heading off to live with her boyfriend in another state to get from her emotionally/physically abusive parents.
Met one of them... talked a fair bit. Like we went to a pet store at one point, and I always have to go see ferrets if they have them... she went to the same spot and we talked a bit about pets and how we'd both like basically the same animals at some point.
Fast forward to after everything... Realize I thought she was really cute and we were clicking well... Asked friend if she was single. Friend started by going all mom mode because apparently they're closer than sisters and she's never had a boyfriend/had anyone like her (that she knows of). Then was like... "Actually... I support this." she's now acting as a wing woman to two of the most socially awkward people ever, laughing/gushing the whole time... I have to take things incredibly slow, like possibly a year before anything can happen because she's definitely the "we have to be really good friends before I can do anything" type. But I'm oddly super okay with it...
I'm having a good time... |

/nods even a cheap one from walmart just to get used to the whole dis-assembly, cleaning, reassembly, target practice...
might be pistol next for me.... I have been eye banging the ***out of a Glock 17 Gen5 with night sights. it's in stock at my neighborhood cabela's so I may have to go there this week...it's only 650 bucks... |

Shooting sounds pretty good though. idk.
like everything else in life it's a bit of both good and bad... my brain is on super high alert the whole time. right around the 250 round mark people start getting tired and the eye strain messes with their vision...I'm still bleating safety into them....
I may enact a never bring more than one case of 250 ammo rule... even with four guys total that's ten turns each at least... I get better then... but the kids start getting sloppy.
I was re-demonstrating the loading procedure, point down range blah blah blah and one of my cousins walked in front of us.
I jerked the gun straight up...and we're going to stop if someone accidentally steps in front of us
then I looked into the kid's soul and said never ever do that never put yourself in front of the barrel of a gun.
