In most recent set it's 1230 before food/hasso. Using Sublime +1, so it's up to 1345 or so. On higher end hounds, Sylvie switches to Indi-accuracy, and I don't miss much. I also use Absorb-ACC so that doesn't happen as much.

Went back with the 5-hit, 30% Datk, 7%triple, and wasn't having as much of an issue. Still pretty tight at times though for double light. But no issue anymore at all when LR up seems like, and with it down not as much issues either. 5-hit seem to be the answer.

We have two systems ATM, iLevel and Mlvl. Just check with an odd and an even Mlvl and the same iLevel.

This take is only relevant in Sheol Gaol or fights where MEVA is key for resists/ailment prevention. THe Odin body has -12% DT and the same MDB as Sakpata's. It also features +92 more HP. With 39 less defense (not an issue).

This is literally just a case of, I have ML43 WAR and ML22 SAM, and good sets for them, and am used to far more consistently high TP gain. And it bothers me.

Each has its uses. Skilling up is percolator + skill up food, can do uraginites for melee and ranged and reives for magic, or hold a quadav next to the curse device in beadux so puppet na spams you(when it can get enough skill to do so anyway)

It will not work as it only takes job levels in to account. When the weapon was made, master levels did not exist, so it would make sense that master levels do not affect how it works.

confused by this, neo animator is for master and phys damage frames, mage automaton does not struggle with macc really, it is the int deficit that gives them trouble. while 20 isn't a big amount at ilvl and won't fix problems by itself, it is definitely better for nuking.

I mentioned replaying dq11 recently, that game is freaking loooong even for single player jrpg. still having a blast.

You can just set Seraph Strike as the weaponskill, it has the same modifiers mostly, just don't use moonshade earring, since Flash Nova doesn't scale with TP.

You can hit cap on locus mobs without nyame path D easily provided your pet MB set is good and attachments are optimal for bursting.

Automaton struggles with macc more than anything when maximizing for mab/bursts and vice versa. Locus stuff is fine, but can often get resists on stuff like omen nms or above if maximizing for damage.

Umm technically yes you should keep the other animators but tbh I hardly use them because the gain is marginal and only useful in specific situations of pet only engaged imo.

DRK tp gear is amazing. I think it's more a problem of DRK not being a SAM and he is trying to fight higher lv apex mobs with trusts and only 500+ JP and R15 Sakpata. He lacks stp from /Sam and Sakpata hands and neck. He lacks acc from gifts. I also hope he gets at least one March from BRDs.

As for DRK TP being shafted, yeah well maybe ambu+3 gear would be nice...

I kept thinking about AF/Relic +5, which a lot of people here seem to be taken for granted.
I mean, I won't rule it out, at the same time though I don't think it's a given.

If AF/Relic+5 is gonna come, I'm a bit skeptic imagining a jump similar to the one we had from the previous armours +2>+3.
To be honest even a small jump like the +3>+4 one seems unlikely to me.
I was thinking that if +5 is to come, maybe it could increase the stats that haven't been touched on the +3>+4 update.
So no boost to acc, att, macc etc, but all of the stats that were untouched.
Yes, potentially even some (but not all) of the job specific enhancements.


I still think Thorny's theory (about new armor sets, new accessories and stuff, following the Ultima/Omega equipment) makes more sense than +5, honestly.
But I guess it doesn't have to be one or the other, it could be both!
