But if it really is his birthday...
I think we should maybe get him a giftcard for dinner and the afternoon off, he seems a little......
stressed. I think this is the best course action. Get him some ice cream cake or something too.

Mm the customs I'm sort of used to. Her friend always jokingly tells me I'm Asian on the inside because of the way I act and carry myself.
On a semi-related note. Dinner last night turned into 2 movies and a second dinner. x.x
1) Neither of the movies were something we cared about
2) I didn't get home till a little after midnight.

As a parent that's only racist for the jokes, even if I hated the kid's significant other, I'd get over it eventually. unless my kid was a total *** too.... hmmmmm....

So the GF’s parents. Hella racist, like her brother wants to marry a black woman and they’re prepared to disown him for it.
Obviously, shits has been on my mind since I assume she’ll get the same treatment cause I’m white. Since Asian culture revolves heavily around family and she’s very much close to her family it’s just like, if this keeps going will she be okay with something like that?
Friend who introduced me has been talking to me about it. Tells me today her mom wants to meet me and the GF together, to see how she’s can help. This woman has never met me, and she’s treats the GF like she’s family... and here I am near tears because of the support.
Fool of a man I am. Well you know like... when it comes to racists the racism can be “tiered”. So you might have that in your favor. Also consider, that the brother carries the family name and they may not actually be “racist” but prefer to have the patriarchal lineage be homogeneous.
Also, you may have to consider banging the mom.
