Well you don't have a GEO if you're solo. I don't think you can reliably align trusts without disengaging and using WS disengaged (idk if he knows/does this). Talking legit ways to do it.
Top Show Op
It's super easy to align trust to get hit on everyone. That tp move is like 20 yalm long and cone is getting very wide from the main target. All you need to do is move one way to drag trust after Kin, then move on their side and stay close to kin and far from trusts so cone start from you to them get very wide. They don't even need to be that close to each other. Ofc for this you need trusts that stay at range and ideally summon them in order that will keep them at range. |

If you can put a long Dia on Kyou then you can also die, resummon trusts and engage to let them tank while you unweaken after 75% then 50%, then at 25% sac one (make it kill in one direction) then try to zerg the rest or it is technically possible to sac a 2nd tank if you can position things. Meteor under 25% makes it really shitty though. Obviously this is a long way of doing it and really just get a PUP to sac pet for it.
Why would you do that when you can simply let everyone get hit and cure? It's super easy, especially if you go on a job with huge aoe cure like BLU or DNC, but even DNC. Now if you want to be really fancy and you have GEO in party, you can go on DRK drain3 to 9999hp on floor before and just let bravado hit you and luopan for 5000 damage (you can do it on MNK with Mantra or SP2 too). I think you can technically do it without luopan too by either eating hp food and going above 10k HP and survive 10k by yourself, but you would need to be really careful to have topped HP before you trigger bravado. Though technically I think Arcane Circle might reduce damage from bravado, so it would do slightly over 9000 and you could also use brd/sch and Accession to increase safe gap even further. But like I have said, this would be just making it fancy and fun, you can just spread the damage to full party and that's the easiest way. Tried everything and still crashing. Formatted PC and blue screened when updating Nvidia driver. Don't know how to use dxdiag but I need to work this out ☹️

They should halve the rank required to get Ergon.
If you just do things in the non lazy order (focusing on getting your key items to boost imprimatur rates), it notably lowers the delay to get it
There's definitely a handful of critical things in the game that simply timegate you on needing to login every other day still, I think rather than making them easier, they could just improve the login frequency.
IE double the max imprimaturs you can hold at once, increase max moglophones you can hold to 3 (so you can do 4 runs in a row, same as omen), let you store multiple sortie runs, store multiple dyna D runs, etc.
So I could just do 3 back to back dyna D runs on a single saturday afternoon, instead of feeling compelled to keep a whole *** calendar tracking all my different (not in synch) cooldowns for various content.

Some stuff resets 3 days after.
What boggles my mind is SE nailed it with omen's entry system, it was honestly perfect.
Storing up to 3+1 runs passively was a solid middleground, I liked it.
The weird thing they have with Sortie / Dyna D where it stores a "secondary" KI that charges at 1s per 5s, and gives you the time on it in seconds, but the other item is in "D-H-M-S" time remaining, is high key bonkers.
SMH, so much unnecessary friction that doesnt make the game feel compelling or interesting, its just annoying. |

I've been getting people asking if 2x MNK is viable for 9 bossing and, in short, yes it is after getting some practice in. Last night we 9 bossed even after having me crash on my 3 chars for 5 mins. We've also updated our MNK gear a bit since the above video so things die a bit faster now (we had R0 Mpaca in the video, but now we have R25). Our fastest Aminon kill so far is 4:27. Honestly I don't know how that compares to the DNC or Mage method since I have no experience trying them, but I think that's pretty good.

Other bosses aren't bad either. We have both SV and Bolster up for Gartell so even he's pretty tame just facetanking it with everyone on it. The MNKs are the ones taking the most damage and they have Chakra/Inner Strength as emergency heals if it ends up being necessary. |

Yeah with ~65 total DW, and 362 total delay, I was getting 40 TP.
even with 300 total delay, it looks like it would be like 38 TP.

It didnt used to loong loong ago iirc there was a minimum tp/hit so the meta was just using 2 super low delay daggers/katanas and just swinging fast, but once they re-adjusted tp based on delay i think that all went away, just wasnt really a factor to consider til further down the line where more gear/magic haste became available from level cap increases + higher dw/martial arts tiers

I would say you need to take a hard look at what job combos you want to work with
I started with a geo only to make it a perma Cor
Which in retrospect the brd alt would have been more ideal to have the geo swap
Or if you really want to transmigrate to a new main

So I resubbed last night after an ingame friend messaged me last night. I was overdue to come back anyways. This is basically him tho.
My question for you guys is... I actually won rank 1 on my 3rd character and I have absolutely no idea what to do. That char only has COR geared with Empy gun. My 2nd char is main BRD SCH so no reason to do those. I keep thinking Idris would be a good pick, but gearing/spell collecting GEO again sounds awful since my other 2 chars already have 900+ GEOs. I've started the questing part of Yagrush on this character, but with no real intention of buying the alex for it just yet. I wanted to build Burt on my main or Carn on my 2nd more.
Open to suggestions since I'm so out of touch with the current meta. Am I better picking something that can't be built any other way? I still have not used my free weapon coupons from a bit ago. |

SAM sucks for it because often skillchaining risks healing and Fudo is SAM's best WS. I'd go MNK Raging Fists before going SAM personally.
