I was curious how long the BLU would last between needing to re-up stoneskin on Aminon, or if the Aegis is really making that a PLD only thing. I agree with most others, I think the Kiting/Enmity would be the limitation on BLU for F/H. But the DPS would for sure help crush A/B/C/D/E/G faster. G maybe tricky to tank, wonder if sudden lunge would work.
The nice thing with BLU is you could create spellsets for each boss because you have at least a minute of running between each.
Sudden Lunge works on E and kinda on G (you will have resists, but it's still reliable). I don't think BLU dps would make any difference on abcd, they die too fast and it's not like PLD Savage is that weak. You will maybe save 5-10 sec on each. |

Since Aminon is magic damage, BLU would likely not use stoneskin, but instead Magic Barrier due to almost 2x "stoneskin" |

You can buy 2 marbles per character, so 75k. Roughly, because 1 might've been disproportionately purchased. There is some interesting coincidence that the database on here also has ~75k characters.
the 2 groups dont overlap perfectly but it is interesting. |

if you have thrown away your earring, you can get a new one of your choice for 50,000 Bayld. Talk to Peladi Shalmohr in the Mummer's coalition, she'll yell at you for losing it, then offer your choice of earring for the 50,000 Bayld.
It probably doesn't work, but has anyone tried tossing their earring and then claiming a different one after buying it from her, then reclaiming the tossed one from the Recycling Bin? I doubt it works because the Recycle Bin is an extension of your inventory, but curious if anyone tested it on this one. I tested it on VR Rings, but the instructions require you to zone after tossing it (to completely clear it from your character) and then you can get a new one. Probably designed the same, just wondering.
There's no getting past Peladi.

I bought a 4090 at launch because I wanted the best. I want to leave all my personal FFXI chars logged in and be able to play a AAA game at the same time. I was excited to receive it and see how much better games ran in my own circumstances. In retrospect, I didn't need it; a 4080 would have managed fine.
I didn't bother buying this generation. There are no good AAA games any more, so I guess I fall pretty close to Radial's views now.

Why do guys get excited for new Nvidia graphics cards and waste money on them? Modern games are crap (and even the ones made in Asia that aren't are straight console ports), the entire point of wanting to improve your hardware back in the day was because the games were so good and you wanted to play them in the best way possible.
Imagine wanting to play Starfield and Dragon Age Veilguard in the first place, let alone in 4k on ultra, wtf?
I'm convinced it's just consuming addiction cause people don't know what to spend money on, like women buying their 100th pair of shoes they will never wear.

If you're unlucky enough to spawn in the wrong zone of the map at the beginning, by the time you get by the entrance you have 2 minutes to earn your 200 accolades. If this happens, you can still earn reward tiers if you're on a job like BLU or something which can buff/heal. Credit is not only based on damage done or mobs killed, you can earn credit simply through actions performed, such as buffing yourself/allies. So you could reasonably idle outside of combat and just spam buffs without ever participating in the fight. |

Condemners with Pet: VIT+20 Damage taken -5% , is better than the +3Lvls from Prime H2H for PUP tank.
This has to be sarcasm with the testing that the BST forum did with pet ilvl and the MEVA boost alone. Pet ilvls easily trumps Condemners because VIT+20 is worthless (not to mention +3 pet lvls is already 15-20 VIT anyways) and you can cap DT elsewhere. Also outside of Varga, Gnafron's Adargas is better anyways because it gives your tank auto more HP which equals more regen from ARK. |

I honestly forget troubadour does that lol, we did run into issues a few times where brd didnt get to the summoner quick enough which resulted in having to chase it around and Seal/Troubadour waring off so kinda nice to have a back up as well
In that case it's probably safer to go /thf and use flee (and troubadour). |

C/G is not immune at all. It has 50% resist rank against wind, so it will force resist, but it should just land with 50% duration.
D/H is immune unless in it's in Earth mode

I think I remember, years ago, when we used BRD/BLM on something and /BLM was indeed for Elemental Seal to land something while NiTro was on cooldown.
Uhm... what was that though? Albumen maybe? I don't think Elemental Seal was enough to reliably land Horde Lullaby with the gear we had access to back then, so I guess it must have been something else but I can't remember lol

How many players have like 8+ characters per account and bought marbles on each?
And how many of the marbles bought actually won rank3?
For instance I know I haven't won rank 3 in a while, and I only buy 4 marbles each time.

I just saw a shout for BRD/BLM and i fail (as always) to understand the utility of subbing blm
Elemental Seal is ~250 macc. Granted, I'm not entirely convinced there are many/any scenarios where that macc matters, especially when Troubador is available, but that's why people suggest it.

Only to find that your grind amounted to basically insignificant points lvl 9 cap which was last month was 100 accolades, this months lvl 10 cap is 200, go figure. Only difference is the 100 is apparently guaranteed as soon as you touch a mob, the extra 100 at lvl 10 needs to be worked towards it seems.
Yeah, i got 152 today.
Problem is that they're still too weak.
It takes around 5 minutes for them to retreat.
You either are a blu/bst and AoE the sh*t out of 'em, or you need more time.

Wait so that means some weapons can do both Radiance and Umbra because their Empy WS has the other property of level 3...!
Sword, Polearm, Gun, Dagger, and Katana can all do both.
