It always puts me in a good mood too...but that could have something to do with the fact that it's also the time of day if I'm having a couple of drinks to unwind, that's when I do it.

But I'd be lying if I said it won't happen again. I make bad jokes and kill the mood. It's what I do. 99% of the time in my head it's the most brilliant thing ever and there's no way people won't find it funny, and I think I'm helping.

that's all I am saying; even a small amount of effort towards even just researching things to help you process through that kind of behavior (online or day to day) and trying to find things that work for you could help right?

it's like breaking an arm and thinking, "well now I just have to wait for the day I heal fully" and sure it will happen but if you ask any experts there are a plethora of things you can do to help speed up recovery and to strengthen the arm or strengthen the bone long term etc

For example vienner my whole "unconditional kindness" shtick really gets me a lot of ***both online and in day to day life (and oddly a great deal more in dark souls than anywhere else online) even going to the extremes of both men and women being furious that they were "led on" purely because that whole being nice or polite to an uncommon degree just must mean I want sex.

And if I just completely turned around at the first sign of conflict and reciprocated or brought my behavior down to a grade school level or trump level of pettiness, is that even really growth as an individual and handling things in a healthy manner? That is essentially giving up and letting our own emotions control all aspects of our behavior. That is the absence of all effort.
