Well the nice part was finally being able to talk it out with one of the members.

It's really a mix of me trying too hard to push people while at the same time letting myself get frustrated and not looking at situations from their view. On top of it sometimes I just feel like I'm not being listened to as a leader which just compounds the issue.

I simply want more out of what I'm doing and they're... well some are still learning and others just are not or may not ever be at the level I'm expecting and it's bad for me to push them to be there, especially too quickly.

Honestly, me too. There are underlying issues and then each little thing has its own reasons so if I try to explain, it just seems like a bunch of excuses.

The only thing it really breaks on quote is if my name is said in the quote. Since it doesn't change my full name I don't feel like this applies.

I meant it's annoying when you quote or try to just make something neat and tidy. I think I'm the only one who found it annoying but that's because I'm OCD and grumpy as hell lately.
