I think that issue will be fixed if we remember to convene and announce our evil council meetings each day.

I do suppose one negative in using an evil leader that is from a work of fiction would be that those unfamiliar with the work of fiction wouldn't in fact know that they're evil

Historically, I believe that we only used real evil leaders
