Another probably obvious question: Qultada rolls are +0 potency right? I assume so.
Went out and tested it rq.
2009 base atk for me.
Qultada rolled and doubled up to Chaos XI.
Atk after 2533, an increase of +524 atk.
26.08%
Which is 5.17% less than the listed value on BG-wiki. Which I guess means BG Wiki values for Phantom Roll are not accurate.
But to your question, yes, it means that Qultada's rolls are base potency but 5/5 Winning Streak for max pre-JP durations. Thanks, but maybe rather than the wiki values being wrong Qultada is gimped?

Ongball Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 video just dropped.
Idk how to feel about it. It looks good, but it feels too jumpy-flashy... I haven't played Elden Ring but this looks like a clone.
Honestly...just no. They aren't even close man. Graphics wise and swinging a big sword? The animations of the boss look identical to Elden Ring videos I've seen, the whole blurry delay movement ***.

Why doesn't trading any given orb to the burning circle just consume it?
Gameplay wise it's just a banana peel I gotta throw out. I don't have to discard empty potion bottles or pull the icarus wing feathers out of my teeth after I eat it, but these orbs just sit in your inventory broken.
Were they planning to do something with 'restocking' orbs with monsters that never came about?

It's the intellectual equivalent of categorizing bike cycle riders and motor cycle riders together because both groups use two wheeled transportation to go from one place to another. Then using that categorization to infer statements of fact or truth.
If you have an hour of free time and you want to ride, both of these are suitable options even if you don't have anywhere to go. Destination is not important to the equation because the act of traveling is the part that you enjoy. It isn't important that a motorcycle costs more, requires more expensive equipment or would win in a race. None of those things are meaningful to you being able to enjoy riding so they also wouldn't be important to gaming.
Kinda seems like we're trying to distinguish people who are wasting their time from people who are also wasting their time, but take it more seriously. Why not?

For anyone wondering what is beyond Gottna in Norg. He's a Galka who guards the entrance to the dock where ships can be regularly seen.
There is a path, but there isn't anything to suggest we were meant to use it to board a ship. It would have been easy to add a boarding platform, but it doesn't seem like one was there and has been removed.
We never get to see this cargo ship up close. Unlike the ships we can board, this sports a different look and has boxes on the deck. I wanted to know three things about this ship, which I can confirm for those who wanted to know.
1) Unlike the other ships, this has a closed door. Others always have their doors open, except when you're out at sea.
2) If you look behind the door, there is no solid floor, nor does it seem like anything else would load. Other ships have these.
3) The windows are closed around the cockpit. Going inside reveals no solid ground or anything else.
SE may have thought about the idea of allowing us to reach Norg like we can with Selbina and Mhaura. However, when Kazham and the jungle were connected to Norg, and it was decided we would reach the Elshimo region via airship, developers made this boat so the Norg dock wouldn't go to waste. If you talk to Gottna, he can warp you straight to Selbina and Mhaura with no delay or animations. After agreeing, he will say the following:
"Twasn't so long ago that I'd say ya were spewing brine if ya told me an adventurer wanted to use our ships. But the times, they be a-changin'".
This could be the developers hinting at allowing us to ride the ships like the others, but after deciding against it, this was the best they could do.

Ive been watching icebrg videos about random knowledge.
One of those was that in Manitoba, it seems they made a bear prison, to arrest violent polar bears around there.
So I was wondering, if that is true, why they didnt capture that perv bear that lurks in this forum?

it's your freedom to vote and stop this policy. I heard the united states overwhemlingly voted for certain things just for activist judges to block the will of the majority over and over.
My own country was held hostage by an activist political leader making sure a non-confidence election could be triggered because, by his own words, he couldnt stand the conservatives getting a majority govt.
This is 100% accurate. Illegal immigration, for example, is highly disapproved by the public with 59% supporting mass deportation of undocumented immigrants.
A district judge goes and blocks the deportation of even illegals who have committed series of violent crimes, with two orders of removal.
Not to mention that even the candidate that you voted for will likely break on a bunch of key promises.

quick question cause i cant wrap my head around the math cause im a dumdum
i have apogee +1 pants path d, apogee pants path a, and enticers pants
there are 2 other (3 total with pants) apogee +1 pieces in my magical bp set
which one should i be using for magic bps? path d for the huge amounts of +bp damage and a 3 piece set bonus adding more?
path a(NOT +1) because 30 mab might somehow outstrip the 26ish bpd damage total from path path d +1 pants, or enticers because even those it doesnt even have more bpd than my path a nq pants, the +650 tp bonus is somehow trumping both other options

Go have a lay down, you're crashing out.
I mean how many words have you typed in here? I'm just having fun with the incels while I'm on the shitter. You write novels on how straight men are being wronged so much.
I'm glad you've found you're little piece of the internet where you can be yourself though, good stuff. Let's see how long it lasts until it gets shut down. How do you come to terms with being a man hating man in your own mind? As a closeted gay man, isn't this even more conflicting for you?

You do open up an interesting line more apropos to the thread, though: does government subsidy produce a better product? IDK about in games but American agriculture has REALLY benefited from subsidies.
Soil health, nutrition, yield, lower water usage (individual plants AND entire farms) and less erosion. All from direct and research subsidies.

It's game companies lose money, not you. Actually
See my edit above, you can always vote to stop government funding. It's your civil right.
We did. And an unelected judiciary works endlessly so that those votes will mean nothing.
You do open up an interesting line more apropos to the thread, though: does government subsidy produce a better product?
There is no reconciliation of this answer here, however. Clearly one side defines "better" very different then the other side. Hell, we can't even agree what a "game" is (phone vs pc, for example).
This is why this thread has rolled on endlessly. It's not a conversation about product....it's always been a topic about ideology vs market, 'woke' communism vs. 'cruel' capitalism.
I'm sure we'll have all of it wrapped up soon, though.

The 9-1 mission is probably misrembering 7-1. You come out of a hole in Bostaunieux Oubliette and spawn Maurauder Dvogzog on the ledge. I remember this very well as I used it to kill RMTs a couple of years ago for fun.
No, it's not that one, I do remember that, fun fight at the time.
There are multiple missions that spit you out in the city adjacent zones.

You have written pages of posts about a couple sentences worth of wiki edits.
Good idea. Gonna learn how to add information to BG-Wiki and do it myself!

This is to balance out the snarky "bro games" that is apparently required y some on this thread for describing strategy games.
Did you get offended by the term bro games or something? Why! I thought it's a pretty manly term that promotes masculinity!
(I wasn't trolling nor say "masculinity" in a negative way btw. I thought masculinity or manly is a positive trait, don't know why it's offensive.)
Based on all of your comments, it's obvious to all that your definition of 'masculine is something offendingly negative that is required to be erased.
This hasn't worked in films, culture, games..anywhere. What we are now living in is the response to this ideology.
Your viewpoint is in retreat for anyone that wants to produce marketable product. The ideologues whose market strategy is strictly the production of slop and the tax incentives it provides are the only ones still pushing, as their goal isn't the customer, but the elites in charge of other people's money.

Anyways, loaded up Expedition 33 last night before bed
The prologue is like 30 min long and I was falling asleep (personal skill issue, I underestimated how tired I was but I think I understood the story) with no opportunity to save midway through it. Interactive turn based combat is a nice touch.
Main chars jumping animation needs some work though, it looks awkward as *** lmao.
