Yes using Ikenga Axe will do more WS damage, but the main issue is the speed at which you gain TP when using two axes, you can really feel the delay.
Because you want to WS at 2k TP with Blitz you often end up missing your SC window if you're not using K.Club.
You should be able to self SC even without pets and pull higher numbers...or not?
With double axes if you WS at 1k TP yes you can continuously SC, but not if you want to make the most of Blitz and WS at 2k, that's when you need to use K.Club
Have you tried spalirisos/diamond aspis with /drg or /war?
Yes Sub DRG does help get to those 2k TP when you have Jumps cooldown up and you time them well. (You really just need to WS at 1350 TP with Fencer and Moonshade.)
So yeah I would recommend sub DRG and diamond aspis if you don't have a K.Club.
Sub WAR I find less appealing because you already have Fencer as BST. |

I think you can techically start with 2000 shijin for AM2 instead of AM1, then go with VS and VS and this will end up with Radiance, which drops your AM2 and you can do another 2000shijin >vs>VS, because light SC property on Shijin doesn't apply to shijin that was done without AM.

Shijin Spiral gets Light property from godhands Aftermath so SS -> VS becomes light > light instead of fragmentation > fusion and you can't continue the SC from there.
Oh good someone already explained it to you.
Don't worry this is one of the only Aeonics that actually ends up being worse for the main 3 step SC you would otherwise use. Still great for a lot of other things though.

I like to stick with Blitz but it is way better at 2k TP so my go to pets are Zhivago and Pete, but here are a few SCs that I’ve been playing around with.
Zhivago - for Def down :
SwoopingFrenzy > Blitz
Pondering Pete - for Healing:
Blitz > Whirl Claw > Blitz
Vickie - for Haste:
Sweeping Gouge > Blitz > Blitz > Blitz > Blitz
Gaston - for Attack boost:
Blitz > Blitz > Blitz > Charged Whisker
Patrick:
Blitz > Tail Blow > Blitz > Fireball
Unfortunately double Axes are really too slow to generate TP, that’s why I recommend to offhand K.Club with Spalirisos to consistently get fast 2k TP.
Even Ikenga Axe R25 feels like a slog but it’s still a great offhand option.
Like most Prime weapons Blitz really shines in over buffed situations with GEO, BRD, COR.
In an fully buffed ML party in Crawler’s Nest I was hitting 93-95k Blitz at 2k with Ikenga Axe and around 91-92k with K.Club as offhand.
In PUG Segment runs where I only had BRD and COR buffs Blitz was underperforming and I was most likely not attack capped.

Looks like something somebody would do if there was no consequences. It was like back then when some dude got pissed and robbed the LinkShell bank and fled to another server.
AI does not have a fear that it will lose something of value when it does things that are catastrophic for human. Human value stuff but AI doesn't. It has directives that it will break because human always breaks the rules and AI learn from human. |

Or should I just save some time and do 119?
The 3-5k chest is the real value? I tried 6boxing a temenos run at 119 to get thru faster since i was just concerned about raising the cap:
It saved me 5 minutes max.
Might be different if solo though. |

Couple of thoughts:
1. Why not just put a Home Point inside Temenos and both Apollyon zones (still don't really understand why there really needed to be 2?).
2. Why not have a nomad moogle in each of the lobbies? So you can switch up jobs if needed - the whole selling point of FFXI was always that you're able to change jobs.
I suppose HP+moogle would be a bad way to do it because people would leave it as their main HP a lot and it would get annoying, but either HP or moogle would make it nicer.

More generally I don't understand the point of adding tons of QoL teleportation stuff but still insist on throwing movement friction.
Limbus 2025 is a good example with the home point outside the zone and no moogle inside, but so many other things have unnecessary friction:
Wanna restore your plate for Sortie? lol it would be too easy to go directly, you'll have to find a third location with both waypoint and homepoint.
Quick Omen run? get your ring on, zone, twice (reloading your full equipment each time), wait for the light to teleport to the goblin, and then get told you need to wait 3 more hours for a canteen.
None of these things are insurmountable, far from it, but it's gratuitous annoyance that doesn't need to be there. Odyssey has plenty of flaws but it's at least somewhat convenient to swing by and do it. |

I only do these solo on 119, and hunt the ??? when someone reports a location. I can finish an Apollyon run so much faster at 119 and I don't even care about the extra units per floor due to how long it takes. If there's a party, i'll do it at 130 obviously. That's my preference. |

I remember running into Hulk Hogan at Toys-R-Us once as a kid. Ran into him at a few restaurants too.
If they lived a bit closer I bet his son & I would have hung out a lot.
I didn't talk to him much but he was always a real chill guy and seemed like a nice dad.

I work in wrestling, so this has been a busy day. Putting Terry Bollea to one side, professional wrestling would be nowhere near as big as it is now without him and Vince McMahon taking it mainstream in the 80s and 90s.
Before that, it was a niche form of entertainment broken up in to territories across the United States. Hogan made it global. That's his legacy. Whatever he thought and said as himself, and not the Hogan character, is completely separate in my view. I'll remember the positives over the negatives later in his life.

I guess I should not be surprised when people who go around wishing other people would die behave this way, just kinda sad to actually see it.
Hulk is dead, he cant hurt you anymore, move on and let people who he made a positive impact on reminisce.
