This guy's last post made up some ***about white liberals then he turns around and tries to claim it wasn't political. Proof that he really can make up anything.

I don't even care about politics at all.
Rady loves politics so much that it's no longer politics for Rady, it's part of life.

Most of Rady's post are political. If they talk about games, they meant to talk politics by pretending they are talking about games. If they talk about Japan or China, they meant to talk politics by pretending they care about other people's culture.
Maybe the problem is you. Why do you assume I'm always talking about politics, I don't even care about politics at all.
You keep bringing up politics!

Autotarget locking you onto a trust is absolutely wild, you get totally stuck
For reasons relating entirely to this problem, and having absolutely nothing to do with my skillchains, Abyssea lights, and efforts to deliberately hold damage getting constantly messed up, we should be allowed to actually attack our trusts.

My guy, it's Saturday.
Are you from the future? You did this yesterday too lmao.
And yeah I got that, I was talking about forced corporate upgrade paths that exist only to create jobs to manage and deploy forced upgrade paths.

When I said "blocked from the work network", I thought it was pretty clear I was talking about corporate and not consumer hardware.
But it is Sunday, I forgive you.

Better solution is not use a product that forces you to do something you don't want to.
Yeah yeah, support etc. You can be sure any new Intel cpu coming out will not support Win10, not because they can't but so everyone is forced to "upgrade". Btw, they're the same OS. One has spying built in, the other kinda does already but gives you the illusion of choice.
Better buy a damn Mac than buy into this BS.
Companies have vested interests in supporting MS, and MS in supporting the people working for companies supporting their software. It's just BS all around. Upgrade plans for companies to get everyone on Win10. Then Win11. Paying people to support all their shitty software. Shitty on purpose so companies have to pay people to support it. And so on.
It is telling that no actual critical software runs on this ***. By that I mean software that makes money not "mission critical". That's where the big boys are, and MS is nowhere to be seen. Wonder why.

Hes not wrong though. We have some “older” laptops in the 3-6 yesr range that are running fine, but for security reasons must be on Windows 11 or they will be blocked from the work network if theyre on the un-secured Windows 10. However, the upgrade tool says these laptops are unable or unfit to run Windows 11.
So whats the solution with these laptops? Forced new purchase.

The Win 10 machines still run, the OS still works, and there are computers out there still running older OSs even as old as Win 98.
I know but many worry about security updates and so immediately run out and buy a new pc when they end.

They are junking hundreds of millions of computers, that work perfectly fine right now because they are ending free support for win10 and also having high spec requirements on win11. The Win 10 machines still run, the OS still works, and there are computers out there still running older OSs even as old as Win 98.
TLDR: WTF?

With the amount of roaming content we got in the past decade (odyssey, sortie and now limbus) there should at least be the option to not disengage as long as any mob is within a 30 yalms. Unnecessary disengaging is so annoying and time consuming with delays and animation anchoring that I'd rather have it target the wrong target occasionally than putting the weapon away.
While you can make up a scenario where it could happen the hundred fists example was of course hyperbole to emphasis that the current auto target system isn't even remotely sophisticated or thought out in the slightest.

Looks nice.
If you like Resident Evil or Silent Hill inspired indies then Tormented souls from 2021 is worth looking into. The design, in particular environment design is imho really good and in some parts maybe even surpasses their inspirations. Overall captures the classic survival horror mood very well and adds a bit of it's own flavor to the mix.

Tormented Souls 2 is also in the works and planned to be released end of October 2025.

You're coping they will open Asura again, it's pretty obvious they have no plan to do that.
Asura lockdown is containment. That's why there's no free transfers off to fix the issue, they simply don't want anyone else exposed to it.
Bahamut lockdown is to prevent the merc overflow.
Odin is the land of JP so that's where GMs actually hang out. No need to lockdown when bans will actually be handed out.
Everything according to plan. Maybe. Probably not. Literally don't think anyone knows what they're doing anymore tbh.

I like how companies are now pretending like they thought AI was going to do all the work for them, they they mistakenly laid off lots of workers.
No they laid off all the western white liberal workers, that were costing them lots of money and used AI as the excuse. Now they have hired lots of Indians who will now use AI (the intent all along), and the end result is they save money and increase productivity.
White liberals are soon to be an endangered species in the tech job market.
Hi Nynja, maybe you should do the test yourself if you are interested. I am only interested in correcting Rady's misinformation mostly.
You correct nothing, you lost the argument completely on my initial post.
So after getting cleaned out yesterday for making stuff up, not only do you continue making stuff up today, you go political? Ever the idiot, I suppose.

Carbuncle.Maletaru said: »I'm not sure exactly what your point is but also: it would be quite strange to auto-target an enemy standing behind you that your character can't possibly see.
Funny you should say that, when any time I'm fighting more than three monsters, autotarget will invariably choose to point me at the one that I "cannot see" for purposes of actually swinging a damn weapon.

Sorry to bring this up again but how do I check nuking using sim again?
I've been using it for months (it's great) for different jobs but haven't been able to see calculations for magic related stuff, (weather it's the damage of single nukes, MB or continuous casting DPS).

How do you even get hundred fisted from the back? Mob generally has to take damage to pop 1h, and whoever's damaging it is going to have hate not you.
Trying to make it 'smarter' is silly. Just make it more logical with some sort of weight between center of field of view and distance. Maybe the distance from center of FoV counts for up to a 5 yalm reduction, then target the nearest mob after applying that reduction. Allows the user to line up their preferred mob from a nearby cluster and prevents the far-away targets when user is not actively positioning.
