So Tarage is not doing they very thing he insisted he would based on the conditions he set forth?
Shocker.
Because they are loathe to force people to use login points like that. You have to use login points for VanaBout, so this statement is false.
Now having said that, theres a big difference between a 10 point Pest Repellent and a 1500 point Sweet Tea. I said upgrading an item or Anniversary stuff. Bout isn't either of those. Kupon W-Eth (cosmetic items only available from vanabout)
Pungent Powder III (30) (only available once per year in march login campaign)
Large Wh. Tail (30) (only available at new years 2023)
Mog Pell (Marble) (old bonanza reward, no longer available from that)
This would fall under "anniversary stuff", two of which are only available from VanaBout. When it came out you pedantic jackass. Christ you are infuriating to talk to. How about whoever is wrong apologizes to the other when we actually find out and we skip 2 pages of thread derailment over the dumbest argument today...
THIS. This EXPLICITLY was the argument we were having. The one where you claimed, repeatedly, that Honey Wine would be required to get the boots. That items from the login campaign would be required to get the boots beyond just the boots. I don't care what you want to try to re-frame the argument as, this was the explicit reply I replied to with the bet. Just because you're too stupid to follow a very simple conversation is not my fault. The ONLY kudos I'll give you is being a good enough troll to bait me into replying again, but we already established that a long time ago.

A high refresh rate monitor can help smooth over mild issues, if you don't already have one. 120+ It seems to fool the eye, so you notice mild problems far less. Aorus FO32U2P is the monitor, 240hz
It just stutters to bajesus sometimes and it’s aggravating.
FF7 Rebirth specifically. Edit: I mean HARD Stuttering, the game runs at 120 because it won’t go any faster with default settings but in certain locations it hitches out like an epileptic at a rave party. I’ll mess around with it when I get home and try some of the mentioned suggestions and see if that doesn’t fix the issue. That doesn't sound right at all. I had some weird artifacting with the foilage during my playthrough, but nothing like what you're describing. What's your system like? R9 9950x + 420mm AIO
64GB DDR5 RAM, CL30, 6600 MT/s (32 x2, AMD’s memory controller doesn’t presently support XMP with 4 DIMMs)
Aorus X870E Master MOBO
Crucial 700 GEN5 4TB ROM
MSI Vanguard 5090
1200W ATX3.1 PSU
2x Aorus FO32U2P Monitors but only one used for the game.
Windows 11
Yeah, it shouldn’t be behaving like this at all. FF16? Smooth. FF7: Remake? Smooth (played it to get the little bonus summons), Call of Duty, Wukong, Elden Ring? All smooth. FF7 Rebirth is the only one throwing a fit.
As I mentioned earlier, I googled it and it’s apparently a known issue so I just chalked it up as a quirk until you guys mentioned some ways that might fix it. For me, dialing the FPS down to 60 helped ameliorate it but it still has hiccups here and there.

Damnit, I just might have to watch Andor now... I'm seeing way too many people say it's really good. Last thing I watched I think was Boba Fett or Solo... I haven't liked anything Star Wars since Rogue One.

Final episode of Andor was pretty lame. 10 and 11 were good but the last one made a decision at the very end that summed up Tony Gilroy's cowardice and overall mishandling of a certain character.
I thought it was really well done and they did a good job wrapping up and bringing closure to most of the characters. The scene at the end was very clearly an attempt at engaging with people emotionally especially when taken in context with Rogue One's end, but I'm not sure how else you could really wrap that up considering it's hamstrung by Rogue One coming immediately after. There would've been other ways but not when you immediately jump into the movie.
The best of Star Wars IMO aside from KOTOR and some Legends stories.

word of caution running random things you get from random people on the internet is usually unwise, but you do you
(please at least validate the code does what you think it should before running something that is going to delete system 32 or something)
Ty for the warning.

Obviously while studying UX, topics like diversity and accessibility being covered is a no brainer.
The course exaggerating the occurrence of those is mildly annoying but ok.
Even within the many iterations of those topics barely bringing anything new, just the same “think about them” is mildly annoying, but also ok.
But what made me want to pull my fur was this: did you know a11y is abbreviation of accessibility. Because it is a-11 letters-y.
Oh, no. I dont know who was the idiot who invented this ***, but this guy wasmt thinking about accessibility at all.
Even for people without disabilities would struggle to understand a word that you cant even distinguish the numbers and letters, leave alone associate this with accessibility.
It is so frustrating how shallow those guys who cover those topics try to pass a message. Even the government here made a way better job regarding this by objectively defining standards that would actually promote accessibility, instead wasting peoples time with those stupid pun words, maybe just to feel cool

If they have created a way to deliver this mog pell on demand upon a payment that's a kind of big deal, it would not take much effort to also now sell red, silver, green and rainbow mog pells etc too and in effect sell new cosmetics.
Most likely will launch this on the 16th on the games 23rd.
Or the Mog bonanza weapons….

Well if you insist, but I already said this on page 1:
Anyways, that doesnt tell you where to get the teardrop. Its possible you need to walk to / walk through specific areas in those five zones (lower jeuno, Dragon's Aery, Ru Aun, Throne Room, Lufaise) with the NQ boots equipped?
Vision of a destroyed city = Lufaise
Vision of a dreamy forest = Aery
Vision of strange ruins = Sky
Vision of anger = Throne Room
Not sure where Lower Jeuno fits in.
The problem is the guy after said this:
Bahamut.Daleterrence said: »Walked all over Lower Jeuno with the boots equipped, tried zoning in and out from every zoneline, nothing yet... Hmm. which is weird considering what people are saying is the requirement for the +1 boots.
Anyways, feel free to start apologizing to me whenever you get around to it.
Last reply you're going to get from me because I have no further time to waste on an idiot. The claim was that it would require items from login. I claimed it would not. You were wrong, not me. That's the aspect you were arguing about like a jackass. And to the surprise of no one, you also were wrong. Now go *** off to your next trolling target.

Games are weird sometimes
In this thread, they just suck all the time

Ahhh good to know that there are some potential fixes. Mine is a top-line PC so it shouldn’t be anything hardware related so probably an optimization tweak or three. I would prefer to not lose any quality though so I’ll poke around with it and see if there isn’t a good fix somewhere.
It’s the damndest thing too, it’s only happening on this title, FF16 and FF7 Remake were just fine. Games are weird sometimes

Some of the settings do effect performance. Someone who actually understands what each of them does and compatibility with the game could definitely release a tailored file that will help people with weak PCs maintain decent framerates. This will cost some graphical quality (turning down lumen settings is a good example of this). To be clear, this can help with low framerates by reducing the load on GPU. In most cases, the devs have already evaluated it and determined optimal settings; turning down graphics settings ingame will have a greater effect on improving framerates and may even result in the same engine variables being changed.
However, the 'Ultimate Engine Tweak' is just a massive list of settings, 80% of which won't actually change anything for a given game. The person releasing it doesn't thoroughly understand the other 20% and has admitted that he uses ChatGPT to decide what to edit. He just keeps releasing it with small changes hoping it does what he wants. People who want their config screen to still say 'Ultra' without buying a PC that can handle it are probably thrilled, but they aren't actually getting the 'Ultra' experience.
Stuttering, which is a seperate problem, is usually caused by CPU calculations that aren't balanced well. The GPU can't render the next frame until the CPU finishes everything it has to do. This code is often not part of the engine itself, and is usually the fault of the developer. It's correct to blame them for stuttering, unless your CPU is particularly weak compared to your GPU. Unfortunately, no amount of settings tweaks can solve this in most cases, because the calculations are happening outside of the graphics engine. Occasionally, talented reverse engineers locate the cause of stuttering and create an assembly patch or hook that can create real solutions for it. This would be an actual example of third party community doing the devs work for them; the ini mods are just nonsense.
