jason's deli... is like the ghost of a real deli... I got a pastrami on rye from there and everything tastes a little bit off...it is the corporate franchised americanized version of what somebody thought would be the economically successful aspects of a jewish deli to replicate.

it gives me that weird "all restaurants are taco bell" from demolition man feeling as my entire world is slowly being replaced with a sub par replica.... I'm on the brink of soylent green freak out...

so...went to jason's deli, got a reuben sandwich + a pickle and chips. sad that they didn't have matzo ball soup...so i settled for chicken noodle

could also add some pickles for an appetizer too :3

same here. they are a bunch of bible thumpers, so there was no booze, but lots of good food, and the wee ones enjoyed themselves pretty thoroughly. well, I suppose I did too, actually. It's always nice when frau mosin can chill out a bit and laugh. so there's that. sunday was my buddies birthday, so we cleaned weapons and he regaled me with war stories in honor of the free beer I brought for veterans day. It was a pretty sweet weekend. I would be in a great mood if not for having to come into the office and bid more ***.

we were at my wife's side of the family on saturday and an american guy stopped by and pointed out the foreign looking water bottle and warned his adult son not to drink anything from it.... I had this much [almost pinches his fingers together] and went blind for six hours...

no son..it's somehow more evil than moonshine...

I'm kind of surprised he stayed conscious for six hours of blindness...usually they pass out and we drag them across the room by their ankles... unless it's snowing...then we drag them outside to make snow angels...
