The problem is, I figure, mostly on Floor 3 and 4, right? Because on Floor 1 and 2 it's tipically not an issue, provided the support buffs you receive don't suck.
Some mobs can be annoying to oneshot regardless though because they can guard/whatever from the front, and you want to be on the front to use Overwhelm so... Well also depends on if SV on first floor (some don't) or if there is aria or not. Lots of variables.
Curious what is the mind set behind not using SV on first floor? id assume they want a guaranteed SV on tp floors but you have a pretty good chance at getting a 5/6 on wild card if using the relic feet on cor. |

I will be very surprised if killing monsters in this event doesn't give EP.
I really hope this does give EP on par with Apex monsters, but maybe not Locus. I like the idea of farming something else and getting progress towards Master Levels without just having to mindlessly kill EP designed monsters. It would be a nice "kill time" kind of content where I can do a few hours here and there and upgrade JSE, while also getting a few points on a variety of jobs.
Looks like this will be a "new" EP camp.

I dont think that instanced event, that can potentially let people play for 5 min and stand for 55min, being free is a good idea.

When you act this way towards someone who obviously isn't a native english speaker but obviously has good intentions, all you're doing is making a hostile environment for people who may be reading and are then scared to post anything.
This forum is full of non-native English speakers and yet somehow they manage to make everything they post intelligible.
Good intentions only go so far - you don't let a 5 year old play with a lawnmower or heavy machinery because he thinks he's good at helping - every time someone points out his intelligibility - he just digs in with " no secrets you".
This isn't "lost in translation" - its just lost in sEcrETs. If he made any effort at all he would write it in his native language and run it through a translator - chatgpt has already proven that a more coherent approach. This isnt the best place to hone your English skills if you are at literally level zero.
But but but he's ?trying? to help? This approaches the same nonsense as to why we give kids participation trophies. |

They're all doing well in some aspects, less so in others. But, yeah, some cool stuff in the presentation there. Interested to see more of the roster for that - I have to assume they have a bunch considering it's 4v4. |

Some people posted cyberpunk 2077 switch 2 v.s steam deck comparison, switch 2 seems to win quite a bit.
If you want a handheld gaming device to play games on your bed, I think switch 2 is probably very competitive.

My interest was piqued, since it predates their consoles... and yet... it's apparently the Arcade Edition (what the PS1/Saturn had) rather than the PC/Mac version.

That being said they are probably overall still stronger at ~24.8% haste I seem to recall with Vere that's not relevant, but I could be misremembering.
Of course these days most people probably just use Godhands or Varga Purnikawa anyway, so yeah...

I don't really ignore them, but I don't think they really cap haste with 6%. I think they are slightly below. That being said they are probably overall still stronger at ~24.8% haste than af+4 would be at 25% haste. Unless I guess AF will also get some cool things like 10% DA :D
That being said, that "ain't stellar meva" adds up on everything and the result is just too low meva. Empy legs, empy body, mpaca hands, mpaca head and AF+4 feet with let's say 130 meva would be 188 meva below full Malignance/Nyame.

I get this totally for the feet, hell I still use them in most of my sets because Kick attacks give me *** on MNK, but the head? I mean why?
Is it for the Crit+8? I dunno, it doesn't seem like the sort of option that "omg it would be so good but I don't use it because its defensive stats are bonkers!"
Also AF+3, when it came out, had higher than usual values of Eva, Meva and MDB, but yeah compared to nowadays' average it's absolutely inferior to the other options MNK has.

If you want a head to compensate low haste... shouldn't you be using Empy head, which has 9% haste? Unlike AF and Relic which have 8% and I doubt that's gonna increase.
Or there's Null Masque which is not too bad and offers higher than usual eva/meva, high HP and 10% haste!
8% on head and 4% on boots is enough haste. Legs are 7%, which means I only need 4% on body and 3% on hands, so I can fit almost anything for those 2 slots.
I didn't mean I want more haste on AF head and feet. I want higher meva, def etc. so I can use them for their current haste values without dropping my survivability and more importantly without being debuffed by everything that farts on me. |
