Yeah I saw a whole 30$ increase but I’ll resubmit my W4s and see what I’m really getting after the adjustment.

that's a fair point, I've been too busy to talk to my guy yet. maybe there's more to be had. I'll wait to complain until march.

It’s cold,

The boy is growing like a weed. Walking and babbling, figure he’ll start stringing words other than “***, ***, ***” soon.

Gotten into home automation, it’s kind of addicting but now my lights change color on a whim. Wife wants me to buy a NEST to replace the Honeywell thermostat.

Yeah I saw a whole 30$ increase but I’ll resubmit my W4s and see what I’m really getting after the adjustment.

Started playing the Evil Within...it’s ok.

Oh, it's zero. dear lord, how long have I been alone here....

Good to hear about someone fighting the law and winning for a change. I've got nothing terribly interesting. Trump's big tax breaks netted me $5 more a week, so you know, looking at yachts and summer homes in st. barts. *** yeah. that ***is trickling down like a ***.

The children are unruly and sick. makes for fun. the boy is growing a hell of a lot faster than it seems the girls did, so my perception of time is obviously being warped by old age. The struggle is real, and the hounds are incessantly at the door.

Finding grand kingdom for free on the ps4 has been a god-send though. Turned based, and the most grindy thing I've seen since ff11 vanilla. I'm not sure how long it will hold my attention in the end, but it sure is nice to have at the moment.

how fares the southwest?

My 14yr battle with IRS has ended in victory.

They said I owed 13k for 2004. Did the math and refiled for 2004, 5yrs ago with documentation and calculated that they owed me 7.38$
Figured I’d never get what’s owed. Yesterday got a check in the mail for $180 from the Treasury Dept for the tax year of 2004.

Sunk a ton of hours into Divinity: OS, then picked up Divinity: OS2.

Now sinking many hours into that.

I dig it. It's not perfect. But it's a lot of fun.

I feel the same. Ever since XI I haven't really been in to games. I think some of the reason my be with the trend of RPGs to go more actiony too, but XI ruined me.

agreed! I think the word I was looking for yesterday was 'community' I miss loggin' in and saying 'sup' in LS and having a handful of options of people that needed help with something. I was never in big linkshells either, it was always 2 RL friends and a handful of other weirdos that were like-minded. hell after some LS's dissolved it was just a buddy and I, and there was still a heavy community aspect just because you still knew peps on your server.

My two RL buddies I used to play with and I still talk a lot, still play videogames, but rarely do we agree on any. 1 is bouncing around between some ps4 basketball game and payday 2, and the other has been playing the new assassin's creed that zero told me to try.

sucks.

make ff11 great again.

You done with 11 permanently señor? Or still play a bit?

well idk. I won't say permanently yet, because everything everyone makes is either single-player or trash. so the chance is always there for me to return. Been playing skyrim quite a bit, but the solo aspect is a little... idk... mmos have ruined me.

Now that I think of it, we never call my mom's dogs by what she named them. The one I talked to was named Lil Bit we simply called him "Puppy" her current domesticated rat is a Yorkie named Chloe, we all call her Lil Dookie.

Let's just say I've tried to have a conversation with a dog before and slept really well that night.

Explains everything about your mod tactics in PnR.
No, the dog was slightly better conversation.

That’s probably because it has one too many students from Dr. Chevalier’s school of naming conventions.

How's life?

I'm going to say well, but just because of how 2/3 of the world lives. Work is busier than I'd like, home is pretty similar, and there aren't any good multiplayer games on console atm. I might need to travel more this year. bored.

how fares the euro-zone? I trust you guys made it in / out of the states OK after my attempts to jinx you? Tell the mrs. I say wassup.
So far so good; both kids have now gone through chickenpox, so that's over with. Switched to a new company in Nov, and Kara is starting her thesis next week, so we're keeping busy.

How's Oklahoma?

Is it as comforting as a scotch on the rocks?

No, but if you know the right people you can probably get a Xanax if you want to relax.

Do you know the right people?

Also I dunno if I should buy XII re-master for PC.

I started there in the first place. Had to leave due to tons of anime, plot, and sadness, that I couldn't really understand, nor relate to. Ni accepted me in with open arms, and I seem to have outlasted all the ***. It's really a sad tale with a pathetic ending.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
