Honestly just gear for max haste sets only, 99% the case.
With my set you can just toggle cape for /DNC or /NIN or if you have Haste Samba or not!

DW on cape means you need separate cape when not DWing. More capes to make, more sets to make.

If you use ear/belt slot for DW you only need to change ear/belt for your non DW sets.

Reiki yotai belt is great for the storetp even if you don't need DW.

Yes! It is so painfully obvious that 1H Axes are artificially held back (lower floor) than other weapons. The availability of gear only has a placebo effect of barely bringing this weapon up to speed. It makes me so irrationally angry.

This already happens, it's just gated behind a world transfer. Lots of RMTs, whether it is gil or characters, don't farm on Asura, they do so on small servers then move the account as needed.
