Who would have a problem with someone stealing from a bunch of killers and terrorists?
It all depends on who catches those hackers.

If a government who is harassed by terrorists catches the hackers who harasses the hackers (assuming that the government isn't employing said hackers), they will (most likely) get a light sentence.

If a government who supports said terrorists (or the terrorists themselves) catches the hackers, they will get a harsh sentence (or possibly death).

Either way, theft is theft, regardless on how you dress it up.

See above.
I was typing my response while you two were going at it >.>

Marriage is a pretty raw deal for men specifically. Built on antiquated ideas that modern feminism has entiry perverted.

Aaaannd we've squeezed every ounce of productivity from this thread and the same ol', same ol' has commenced.

So much for page nine.
Hasn't beed Godwin'd yet. There is still some productive discussion left in this thread!

And I agree with Nausi somewhat, because modern feminism has placed an inequality in marriage. There shouldn't be any "what ever! I I'll do what I want!" in marriage. That sort of stance is not the stance of a team. Marriage is a team effort.

Edit: The same goes for misogyny, which seems to be very similar.

If you are looking at it from a negative viewpoint, that is.

Marriage can be considered a political, economical, or socialistic benefit, depending on the relationship between the two parties.

Now that marriage extends beyond male/female only relationships, you cannot say that it is a raw deal for men specifically anymore.

Love is a concept that escapes you, isn't it? Although I'm not any better in the concept of love, I do acknowledge that it exists and people actually seek it out or let it happen. But to completely ignore it, especially in terms of relationships such as marriage, is ludicrous...

Love doesn't escape me, it's wonderful. But you're equating love with marriage. The two hardly need to exist together. Especially when the pitfalls are so one sided.

You are correct though that marriage isn't just a raw deal for men anymore.

I don't think I said that love is a sole reason for marriage, but I don't think it's anything less than a major reason...

You jest, but I honestly think that a lot of people marry out of impulse or sense of duty and mistake it for love.

Oh, about being sure it's mine?

Trust me, looking at this kid, there is no question about the parentage. His nickname is 'Lil Cloneworth' and my mom does a spit take every time she sees him, thinking she's time-traveled.

I can say in my case, you're spot. We didn't get married for love. Far more meaningful promises than those written by someone from the state were spoken years before my wife and I were "actually" married.

Marriage is a societal and public acknowledgement of those promises, however, and iscan be an important expression of that love for others.

So while yes, we got married because we love each other, there are other aspects of the actual publically acknowledged process of "marriage."

Not to get all evolutionary biology but it is part of our instinct to try to populate the world !

So you could say cheating is biological but we realized that it is no longer beneficial but at one time it could have been.

Yeah, except most people cheating aren't doing so to procreate, soooooo...

I'm trying to procreate all over her bedsheets. Heyo!

Most unhappy marriages are held together not by the reality that the two don't give a *** about eachother but by societal obligations, tangled lives, children, personal insecurities, finances and the like. Humans do love our path of least resistance.

Say what you will but at 40 do you really want to be back on the dating scene after probably dialing down your swagger ten years ago?

Now slap that beer gut and think hard.
