For the record, Obama will most likely be remembered as a mediocre president who broke the color barrier and tussled with a locked Congress. Oh and spymaster pew pew pew goes the brown people in the middle east.

Bush will be remembered for Iraq, torture and being a complete moron who says if you aren't with us, you're with the turrrists. Also, Darth Cheney and bankrupting the country on two wars.

So, ***brown or puke green? Your choice.

This is a joke right? Mediocre? He will be remembered as the one who governed on the premise of taking the US down a few pegs. Giving America it's just desserts cause you know, the reason we're at the top is cause we're keeping everyone else is at the bottom.

The US is not at the top of many lists, and the company we keep at the top of the lists we do, is contemptible. We could do with a little more humility on the world stage. But, he's done a terrible job at that as well, despite a few MINOR successes.

C'mon Pleebo, even you can't really believe that his race isn't relevant?
It's not relevant to his politics.

It's the lynch pin for his victim hood presidency. He stands up and says 'Everyone opposes me..." and rest of the propaganda arm (liberal media) finishes the sentence with '...because he's black'.
About as relevant as the birther movement, which was, you know, totally not racist.

Another who's disgusted at the very notion of American exceptional-ism...

So, when white conservatives say "Let's take our country back." Do you auto fill in the rest with "from the black man"?

More like "... to the fictional past when American life played out like an episode of Leave It To Beaver".

I'm disgusted by the false exceptionalism that a lot of people display proudly. Look at the rankings of countries in fields like science, math, literacy, standard of living, health, infant mortality, etc... The US is far from exceptional. The only things we top the lists on are things like minor crime incarceration, military spending, citizens executed...
