Went out Saturday and met the parents for our annual birthday/Mother's Day meal-slash-FightOverWhoGetsToPay and my stepdad won this year by sneakily motioning the waitress over with the check while I was in the middle of a story, gesturing with my hands, unable to snag it from her.

I went with surf and turf for my wife and mother in law on sunday. boiled crab legs, grilled steak, lobster tails, shrimp, sweet potatoes, peppers, onions, mushrooms, regular potatoes.

Mosin is the only one of us kind/dumb enough to share. But he drinks pretty heavily on the weekends.. so... Chances are high he never bought a ticket. I only remembered because I went to the store to buy some fresh bread on saturday and saw the sign after I checked out. spent my last four dollars of cash. losing ticket is sitting on my desk bitterly reminding me of my failure
