So, I've decided to buy a house.
I've always been against it before because I've preferred renting and limiting my responsibility for upkeep and repair (and taxes) due to family history of bad experiences, but my wife and I have been talking about it (and have started saving for a move, be it an upgraded rental or our own place) for a while, as moving would behoove us in a couple of years because her lab is moving to the other side of the city, which doubles her commute time as currently situated. I don't remember the last time I was as equally excited and filled with a foreboding dread. Shrooms are subject to change, according to posts below on the page c:
