 Used to average 5K Vs on Qilin before the new buff. 7k spikes. This is Voidwatch and not abysea if you are unfamiliar. I should start taking screenshots of dmg :<
Done quite a few 8k+ resolutions in VW(as DRK, and no, not impressive), but the most fun is Ragnarok on WAR in abyssea. 6k Scourge -> 15k+ Resolution -> light <3 Anything less than 8k on Qilin/Uptala/Aello isnt worth bragging about.

7k in abyssea is nothing to be proud of, like the whole thread has been saying

I posted those CDCs numbers and am guessing by your continued arguing that it swooshed right over your head.
If a PLD using CDC can hit 7k+ with CDC, a MNK using VS shouldn't really pat themselves on the back unless they hit 11k+. Even 10k Smites are common enough to not warrant posting them. ESPECIALLY in Abyssea :(

Change to the following
Mustala gloves or myrmex gloves Moonshade earing Toci harness unless under impetus then obv. Tantra Thaumas hat or aias bonnet Light belt/gorget. Or could use wanion belt/rancor collar Atma: RR SS VV 4k should be on low end WS with shity return. Can push alot more dmg than that. No /ja food temps or WS you should be able to do 4ks ez. Dressed and buffed should be doing at least 6k+

Funniest part is where you say lets see who is the best monk around just by looking at a high dmg screenshot. Being able to tank and take minimal dmg is just as important, pdt and mdt sets etc. I especially like pieces such as engulfers cape which ABSORB damage (incase you was unsure Mnkk).

Well best would be RR VV Apoc but again its not gon be consistant dmg, thats more of Apoc proc doin high spikes. Yes when it does proc you will do considerabley higher numbers and TA helping your DPS, but is that occ spike worth sacrificing your overall ws? And its not like tp gain is a issue in absyea where the TA is going to make or break your tp build. so Its All in preference really.
I personaly go for rr vv ss doing higher average dmg w/o the omg spike dmg from apoc. Plus SS RR will push more wile under impetus. Everyone has there reasons and choice preference on atma i just never cared for the spikes from apoc proc.
