Scampi, just a little history lesson for you since every dog has it's day: the liberal party (not quite the same as Lib dems but Lib dems derive from them and another party) used to be one of the big two for like a hundred years, up until labour rose in 1920s. Just saying, don't presume that Liberal Democrats will always be third wheel.

I had forgot I posted that I was voting lib dem, odd that you felt the need to look it up.

I live in Bath, and if you check the voting history, this has been a lib dem seat for many years. The lib dem candidate gets nearly twice the number of votes as the conservative candidate (who comes second). My vote would be ‘wasted’ not matter what I voted as I was never going to cause enough of a swing to make any difference to my constituency. It was going to be a Lib Dem win no matter what, this has nothing to do with the debaits or anything else you try to imply.

And you obviously missed my point, you are views are strikingly similar to those of the revolutionary movement in Russia after WW2

The Lib Dem poilices work for Bath and our MP does a good job, so I voted for the guy that I felt best represented my views and my aims for my area, it just so happens that 60% of the city's population argree with me.

Lower class size
No top up fees for uni students
Referendum on europe
Reforms of the political system
