Won't SE 75cap or raise the level of certain NMs and HNMs?

松井 基本的には調整しない方向で考えています。レベルが上がって、いままでの強敵やハイエ ンドコンテンツを少ない人数で挑戦できるのは悪いことではないですから。その代わり、そのレベルキャップに見合った強敵を追加する予定です。

They are taking the cap off of CoP zones, so why are they then going to add caps to Sea/Sky etc?

There is no point in increasing the difficulty of NMs, 99% of Sky/Sea/HNM gear will be come 'mid-level' gear with possibly some situational use once we are all lv99.
