have you tried:

making a cup of coffee ( must be caffeinated )
drinking it in one gulp , the caffeine rushes into your system and you get a caffeine rush , this has helped me multiple times :D


OR

could be stress related, try putting on soothing ambiance music , lowering the lighting in your room/apartment/area
,smoke a J if its your thing (although could worsen it, depends)
going for a long leisurely drive in an area that you find pleasant to the senses , near the ocean , or a back road with a copious amounts of foliage :D!

or OR ! give this a try
i found this thread a while back and it was just perfect
if you are in a part of the world where the climate is hawt right now my suggestion is try in air-conditioned area

Well.. I always have a healthy amount of caffeine running in my system (1-3 cup(s) of coffee in the morning, an occasional coke in the afternoon and one at dinner time)
No I don't smoke weed...
Might be the stress one... My head has been a rollercoaster the past week and a half.
