1%haste > 3 dex
Even 30 DEX wouldn't be worth dropping 1% Haste for.

  My WS set is extremely lacking. I don't have a Sky Shell and I'm too lazy to go farm organs for a gorget at the moment. I'm open to gear suggestions for some relatively cheap improvements. Not a lot of gil right now. Lol Just bought my Cuch Mantle. :x *looks at Ete* I'm open to NIN improvements too if you want my Item Set, Ete. Ugh, my sister & cousin left me for boys & cable! LOL.. ***, now I have nobody to joke around with/eat late night snacks with. /sigh.. any volunteers? :[!
