So... I no longer play ffxi.

BF came to the conclusion he was quitting; he didn't want to sell account but when offered $700 decided we could really use the money, obviously... I planned to continue playing, as i was really looking forward to this next update, expansion, etc.

So he sold his account earlier today, I log in to do an LS event, realize PW is changed. Turns out our accounts are linked because of that *** security token BS; so long story short - both accounts are tied together, forever. So they have to be sold together. But no one's gonna buy 2 accounts at once. Basically, his is sold, and mine is going to disappear from the face of the earth. /sadface.

Ultimately, I think it's for the best. During our 10 month hiatus last year, i made amazing friends here in MD, and put myself in school again, graduated this april, went on so many amazing trips and basically reclaimed my life. I don't think it makes sense for only one of us to play ffxi... I'm just not happy about how sudden my account has ceased to exist. He offered to get a refund so I could continue to play, but... it would only be a matter of time until I quit for good anyway.

SO! I'll be around.. not sure how much longer I will post here seeing as how ffxi will become less and less relevant to my life, but you're all a great bunch of people and I will definitely miss my ffxi exploits and hilarious mishaps.

When I first quit I was so prepared to keep hanging around on this site, posting, talking to you guys, cause, let's face it, yall are awesome; but, man it's kinda hard to do so when you're not thinking about FFXI at all anymore. ;;

So I've been off for a month plus now: How's everyone doing?
