I have 2 papers to finish by Thursday and a 15min Chinese presentation (complete with 4 page written report) due tomorrow. x_x And my finals week hasn't even started yet. ; ; Not done till the 17th lol

I'm not sure if everyone saw secretary Clinton's speech to the UN today. Whether or not you think she is blowing smoke, or going for votes, the speech in itself is an amazing achievement for us and those like us around the world.

To my knowledge this is the first speech to the UN by such a powerful figure pleading for equal rights for LBGT peoples. Much less for her to spend 30 minutes on this subject alone. Her speech was accompanied by a memo from President Obama.

It remains to be seen if this will change anything for those who live outside the US. I have hope that it will. I also hope that this will push the discussion here at home toward a less religious and heated argument toward a more equal rights view.

When I don't know the lyrics to a song, I tend to replace all the lyrics with "Meow." I'm really bad at learning song lyrics in English.

I'm terrible at remembering lyrics in anything but Japanese. I remember the first few lines, and that's it. :P Has nothing to do with native language or not.

Just realized I might not pass one of my classes @.@ /pray the teacher gives me a C (mainly due to missing in-class participation, have missed 5 of 14 classes XD)
