Can you turn it off on PS2? Trying to help a friend with it and can't seem to find it lol...maybe there's something I'm missing lol.

Unfortunately you can't turn off PS2 weather effects. Sucks, right?

the lack of effects you can toggle on and off on the PS2 vs PC is kinda sad.

Also the fact that you are STILL playing on PS2 is also sad.
