Tech info: SE made two errors when authoring the zones weather, 'fine' weather was marked as being outdoor weather (changes how light is handled) and was set to be 100% white, rather than the green tint used for indoor zones
caveat: fine/clod weather kind of look the same now, but whatever, no flashing
