Azuresets Not Normal Operation

it cant switch azuresets normally today . not sure if it coz by update , plz help

More info would be needed (error message...something)

You could just try restarting your game as well, once in a while something in windower doesn't load correctly (and/or a file got corrupted), so failing that you could just try deleting the addon and/or windower (save your files, or rename the directory so you can copy your sets or other important files back).

i backup DATA file then remove addon , reboot pc , repick Azuresets
then put DATA back .
act same problem : cant switch sets .

Sorry i have no idea, could you xml file be corrupted? Is the addon loaded? Does the help menu work (//azuresets help iirc)?

Are you typing everything correctly?

Other addons working ok?

I don't think anything is fundamentally broken, so seems like a simple mistake maybe, if you can show a screen shot of what you're doing and/or what happens someone might notice.

i am sure command is correct , after set command then open blue magic set window in game . it keep blinking 1-2 magics on and off .
just cant make full set complete like before , so i think its need a new lua or something

I'd just copy the data file contents, delete folder, recheck azure and lua load ingame and see if it works before copy pasting data file text in new data file

Dude probably added a spell he doesnt know in his set, or typoed a manual entry (unlikely actually possible now that I tested)

Iirc: azuresets doesnt do data validation, so it will try to set a spell you dont have even if its in the set. I remember running into problems when only half my team had a specific spell and the set wouldnt load.


just got home and tested this:

I dont have Spiral Spin on one of my characters.
did //azuresets set testing
"AzureSets: Starting to set testing."
Removed everything I had set (including Subduction which was previously set and should be part of this set)
And is setting nothing, no error, no timeout, nothing.

All spells I have, forced a typo on Blank Gaze, same result
reload addon for fresh settings.xml
It didnt complain that there is an unknown spell in the settings.xml
//azuresets set Testing
"AzureSets: Starting to set testing"
not setting anything, no error, no timeout, nothing.



Its 100% chance an issue with the users xml file

I had a random issue the other day where it wouldn't equip any sets. Same sets I've had and used for like 2 years. I reloaded it and I think that fixed it (or it was after a DC/crash/relog), but it was just randomly busted for some reason.

Mine is busted in heavily laggy zones like Odyssey, if you use it during those times it massively lags. Wish we had a nice update to it
