Spikey Missing From Two Linkshell Rosters

Hi,

I am having a character-specific linkshell update issue with my main character, Spikey on Siren.

Two linkshells, DrunkenMonks and MysticIsle, are missing from Spikey’s FFXIAH profile. Spikey is also completely absent from the member lists on both linkshell pages.

I have repeatedly equipped the linkshells on Spikey, zoned, and run:

//gw flush

Spikey’s other Guildwork information continues to update, but these two linkshell memberships never appear.

I have now been able to test the exact same linkshells on multiple other characters:

1. A character on my recently reactivated second account was given pearls for DrunkenMonks and MysticIsle. After running a Guildwork flush, that character appeared correctly on both linkshell pages.

2. My wife’s character was then given pearls for both linkshells. Her character also appeared correctly on both linkshell pages.

3. I created completely fresh pearls for both linkshells and gave them to Spikey. Even using the newly created pearls, Spikey still does not appear on either linkshell page.

All of these characters are using pearls from the same two linkshells, and the other characters are being imported correctly. Spikey is the only character that is not being added.

This appears to confirm that:

• Both linkshells are valid and recognised by FFXIAH
• Guildwork is successfully sending linkshell membership information
• New members are being added correctly
• The issue is isolated specifically to the existing Siren.Spikey character or linkshell membership records
• Creating fresh linkpearls does not repair the issue

Is there anything I can reset locally to force FFXIAH to rebuild Spikey’s linkshell memberships?

If not, could somebody please check whether Siren.Spikey has stale, duplicated, blocked, or corrupted linkshell membership records on the FFXIAH backend?

I also reported this in the FFXIAH Discord support channel several days ago but have not received a response.

I can provide screenshots showing both linkshell member pages listing the other characters while Spikey remains absent.
