Pass Without A Trace - Multi-boxer Sneak/Invis

Heya, recently finished a new addon: Pass Without A Trace (PWAT). Like the spell in D&D it's named after, PWAT will get your whole party sneaky and invisible as quickly as possible. While this addon is intended for multi-boxers, it will work just fine for solo players if you would like to use it.

Once loaded on all characters, PWAT follows a hierarchy to determine the best strategy:

1. Scholar AoE -- If a SCH with Accession is available and has stratagem charges, they cast Accession + Sneak and Accession + Invisible.
2. Multi-Caster Round Robin -- If multiple characters can cast Sneak/Invisible (WHM, RDM, SCH at sufficient level), they split the work between them.
3. Single Caster, Items On -- Characters use items if available, caster handles all other targets sequentially.
4. Single Caster, Items off -- Single caster casts on everyone sequentially.
5. Spectral Jig -- DNC characters (main or sub, level 25+) use Spectral Jig for themselves when they can't cast.
6. Items -- Non-casters with Silent Oil and Prism Powder use those items- PWAT will pull available items from your Case/Sack/Satchel if you have none in your inventory.

Characters without items and without an available caster alert that they can't sneak/invisible.

Apologies in advance to the hardcore ninja players, I did intentionally exclude Monomi and Tonko as powder/oil takes up the same # of inventory slots and is more flexible.
