If you don't have them already, Eabani earring/Reiki Yotai is a great combination to hit 11 and still keep stp with a little meva thrown in. Then you can hit 10 stp on the cape and prioritize high ta in some other slots.

After looking at the options I think I'll just set Molting Plumage for six points to get DWIV and only sacrifice one earring slot. Between Lehko's and my BLU +2 earring I'm good on accuracy so have some maneuvering room. That lets me use Gleti's Body / Legs with a DA or STP cape and a good belt plus other accessories.

For DD mode, the same as most.

Then add in support or extra traits as needed. I prefer Sweeping Gouge for defense down as it's fast 16% defense down that doesn't wake everything up. But if I'm in a group with a good sleeper or tank, I can use Tenebral instead. If I think I need sleeps, like in Rimbus, then I will set Dream Flower or Sheep Song. I usually do stuff with my RDM alt so I always have Haste II / Refresh III / Cures, but if a heal is needed it gets set.
