"At some point in my time doing Sortie, I came into a situation where I was up in the Leshon boss room and then came back down to the main floor, just to go back up again. When I had gone back up I noticed Leshon's Wind hand had changed to Thunder.
Went in solo yesterday to try this again over the course of about 20 minutes and saw multiple changes, but only after using the Gadget to go back down and then up into the boss room again. Took the time tonight to record it, as well.
I can only assume this would work for Gartell as well, but I'm not sure.
The only noticeable application of this would be to try and get the starting hands your group prefers if one of you is further ahead and have time to mess around with it. Might be time based, but also might just be a 50/50 chance of changing since there are only 2 states both bosses can start in."
