Logitech G13 And Macros

Been using a G13 for years. Couldnt play without it now.
But I need to fix an issue I've been having lately. Dunno if there is a work around, but some peeps on here know their ***way better than me.

With a G13 I can use a text inputter that basically is one line such as: "input /ma "Fire V <t>" Simple enough.

But I'm finding sometimes the command does not work. I see it pop up in chat, but as a command error. Happens mostly in Dyna, and some peeps say its down to lag. In smaller groups or solo it's 99% reliable.

I also hate tabbing up and down the macro pages within a book. Is there a way within a lua to specify a macro page? Say nuking all on one page and the lua switches on the fly and then switches back?
Not sure this is possible? If I am able to achieve this then I can s scrub the text input lines and use Ctrl and Alt 0-9 macros as normal on the G13 and all issues be solved.

You can use "input /macro set 1" to bind to the G keys and just use those to switch your books.

Another option is to use a macro "/macro set 1" as a macro. You can do it haphazardly/randomly but probably makes most sense to use 1 on each screen (saw cntl-10 spot) to always go to page 1 and have page 1 just go to other pages. (I suppose the other idea would be cntl-10 goes to the next page and alt-10 goes to the prior page)

Some jobs lends themselves to some more obvious combinations than others. (ie set 1 on summoner both summons the avatar and goes to the set with the abilities of that avatar macro'd)
